Returns, Replacement & Refund

Our shoes are proven to live up to high standards and every product is failsafe against any defect in workmanship. We always do our best to take care of our customers delight in the most fair and reasonable manner. And therefore, provide you an option to return or exchange the product in case it failed to meet your expectations.

1. Returns/Exchanges

How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of receipt of orders. If you wish to place a return or exchange request, kindly do so on care@admin.local and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id used to place the order. Kindly ensure to upload at least 3 images for us to analyze the condition of the product. Return/Exchange requests placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 15 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any item that has been worn or washed.
  • We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team or the desired product or size is in stock.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
  • In case any return/exchange request is rejected based on a physical quality check by Michael Angelo team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent merchandise, Michael Angelo will courier the merchandise to the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the Michael Angelo team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, Michael Angelo will not ship the product.
2. Refunds

How will I receive my refund?

Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request.

All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account/method or via AT Credit i.e. the coupon code to be used on the website.

All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided AT credit i.e. the coupon code to be used on the website.

Note: Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
